It doesn't get worse by the second shower, the drain issue is pretty immediate.
How soon during the first shower does it slow down?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Pretty much right away. Right now it's not so bad- some of the previous times before I snaked the drain the water would take 5-10 minutes to finish draining after a shower and now it's only a minute or two.

If it slows down right away then that is a sign the clog is right there. If the first shower in the morning takes a few minutes to slow down then the issue is farther away.

My toilet is running. I checked the round rubber piece on the bottom (the Pluggy Sealer) and it's tight, no water escaping. The water is filling all the way up and then flowing into that pipe (Mr Thirsty). The thing that floats up with the water and supposed to stop the water from flowing (Floaty McTopper) is going all the way to the top but not stopping the water from flowing.

What needs to be replaced?

(sorry if I used a lot of technical terms)

If the flapper which is used on the bottom covering the hole where the water escapes is fine then your next option is to check on the float with the ball(Balloon shaped) or if newer toilet then there's a little round or circle float device that controls the rod, if you pull up on the rod and it stops you know the float thingy is broken, either you can buy a generic replacement from a plumbing supply store or from home depot, or if it's a Kohler toilet or some other brand you mind find a diagram on the back of the cermaic cover going on the back of the toilet with all the parts and part numbers, and then you can google that part.

Also if you know what your doing there's a way to reposition the float to stop the toilet from running earlier and put less water in the tank, you should be able to adjust a screw somewhere on top of the float mechanism.
Play around with the float and see what works.

That's the thing. The water doesn't stop even when the floater is all way up.

Then it seems that's the issue, go with replacing that.

If water is going into the overflow tube it is either the fill valve of float adjusted wrong. If you raise the float yourself and it doesn't stop the water then like @myi said the fill valve needs to be replaced.

Hence for my conclusion!
But since I'm not there, I can only diagnose it from what he says..

If you won your own adjustable wrench it's worth trying yourself.

Wrong diagram for good sam's toilet.  This one has a float on the fill valve.  good sam has a Floaty McTopper type of float.

@good sam , how dirty is the toilet tank if it's not too bad I would take take a picture and upload it here so I can see for myself.

And from there I'll tell you how hard or if I think you should tackle it.

Make sure there is a shutoff valve for that toilet. If so and you have another toilet to use I say go for it.  :)
