Exotic Car Rental

Does anyone have tips and tricks for an exotic car rental. I've been asked to drive Chosson Kallah and would love to do it in style. I tried Turo for a model x or F-pace but it didn't work out. I am willing to spend decent money but not the 1800 that most exotic car rental places take. any help appreciated!
for info, I will be arriving ewr 1pm on 9/12. wedding 5pm same day. Leaving jfk 7pm 9/13. I will probably have to take full insurance unless amex premium covers it.

Quick update: I reserved midsize by national and hertz. Checked available upgrades at both. Took a range rover at hertz for $250 upgrade. Was worth it!

Ended up having to change my flight (for unrelated reasons). New flight arrived jfk at 2:25pm. I reserved for 1 day pickup and return 3:30pm. Returned 5:00pm. I was only charged for one day
