Hi All,

On August 31st I bought 3 round trip tickets from MSP-LAX with United, following an amazing deal that was posted here.
The original itinerary was:
Jan 27th 7AM - 9AM MSP-LAX direct
Jan 30th 5:50PM-11:28PM LAX-MSP direct
Since then the itinerary has been changed multiple times to very uncomfortable times (especially when traveling with 2 small kids) and layovers in ORD on the way to LAX and in SFO (more than 3 hours) on the way to MSP.
I was wondering what are my options here if I have any or should I just ask for a refund?

Find an alternate itinerary that you want - whatever you find which you like. Call and ask to be put on those flights - have flight numbers ready

Looks like UA is dropping the route after 11/30.

You can ask to fly in November or ask for a refund.
You can try asking to be moved to DL. but that may be tough.
