What are people doing about stays that need to be canceled, in regards to them doubling the amount of points required?
The general manager emailed me that the hotel will be closed during the duration of my scheduled stay. I responded stating I would like them to reschedule my stay as it's not my fault they're closed and their points went up so I cannot cancel and rebook. She responded that the hotel cannot do anything and I should contact Wyndham directly.
