Anyone know if Jos a bank will exchange or take return of suit with tags still on without reciept - suit is a year old and size changed for the worse

If you purchased online try to find the order number. I actually just called in on Friday and got a credit cause a suit I bought went down in price. Mind you it was purchased in the last month.

i returned seven shirts after contacting them, i was told to mail them in and and got a different style in exchange within ten days

They have a 100% return policy. All you have to do is contact them, they can pull up your order, and arrange with them for a return or refund.

I've got a bunch of the wrinkle-free shirts that are starting to fray - especially right below the second-to-top button. I've had them a little over a year.

1) Any tips on returning them (I'm happy to get an exchange)?

2) Anyone else experience this?

3) Could this be the fault of my washing machine/dryer?

They have it all in their system. As kong as you have the last name and zip it was purchased under.

Just returned 12 shirts to a Jos a Bank store and had the clerk yelling at me. Saying "you guys need to stop returning these shirts". anyone else ever get attacked when returning in store?

Why were they so upset? Is this a chillul hashem issue?

Can I return them by mail, and if so, will they pay for shipping?

they don't have a good customer service. When I returned merchandise by mail, I waited about a month and didn't get a response. So I emailed them, each email back and forth took a week. So I just called them up and gave it to them. Biketzur they just credited me Based on what I told them what I returned because they couldn't even find the return in their warehouse! (yes, I tracked it and it was delivered weeks ago)

Very lousy.
