Am I allowed to return shirts if they're starting to fray and fall apart after just a year? I think that's a bit quick for shirts to start shredding.

I want an exact replacement, so it's not like I'm trying to pull "shtick."

And are they going to be upset at me?

Allowed? That's a legitimate return. (Pretty sure they have a good return policy).

If the employee "gets upset" ask for a supervisor.

Brought the shirts in, they said that regardless of the reason (even if, in my case, the shirts are starting to shred), they do not accept returns on white shirts.

I guess I'll try calling the main number, unless there's a better option?

i went to the one on madison in manhattan with 2 travellers and 3 stay cool the 2 travelars they exchanged w/o a problem and the stay cool they said they did not have in stock so she told me i can get a refund or i can wait till they come back in stock in the summer (this was after i went to the store 2 months ago and they told me i can exchange my staycool for a travellers but they did not have my size in stock at that time and they told me come back and when they did and they got my size back in stock but the assistant manager did not care she said if you want top pay the diiference no problem otherwise return it or wait till it comes back in stock)

anyone know how long it takes JAB to process returns to a debit card? Made returns there on friday.

Returns to debit cards can take up to a week or more.

Just to update.
I called Jos A Bank customer service once right after the incident and once last week both times i was promised a call back from someone higher up and have yet to receive that phone call. Of course the lady in customer service was very apologetic and couldn't believe what I was telling her.

I also mentioned to them that the lady credited me $7.15 but they don't to interested!
