Do these have an expiration date?
From Best Western site
Travel Cards issued for payment of the face value of the Travel Card do not expire. Travel Cards provided as promotional or loyalty awards or for other promotional purposes may contain an expiration date.
The Travel Card can be used at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide toward hotel lodging charges (i.e., room night charges and applicable taxes). Acceptance of the Travel Card for services other than lodging charges is at the discretion of the individual hotel.
Travel Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

learned a $480 lesson the hard way

Mr Koki is a thief and a liar. Sold me cards (numbers and images) that were part of data stolen from Best Western and he has disappeared and is non responsive at his email address.

PayPal doesn't cover gift cards and neither does Chase purchase protection.

My bad I guess but very frustrating
