Best way to book trip to Israel and Ukraine on 4/25 on points?

Hello All,

So granted we do not know what will happen between now and then with Corona, but we have a group of like 6-7 who would like to visit Ukraine/Israel starting on 4/25 for about a week. Maybe do US to Ukraine and then from there to Israel or the opposite on the way back.

We have around half a mil of each Amex MR points and Chase UR points.

Any idea how the best way to book this would be? Is it out of the realm of possibility to try for business class?

Thanks. I am in Montana, but we will most likely leave from NYC as a majority of the group is there.
