I have them, they are packaged like tissue boxes, so shouldnt be a problem for shabbos

They are really nice soft towels, in that they do not feel like paper at all. Ask the 1,489 reviewers about that: https://www.amazon.com/Kleenex-Hand-Towels-60-Pack/dp/B00BFUSDO4 (this version isn't attached at all).
Not perforated but there are attached at the ends like some tissue and baby wipes brands are.

We ended up getting a case of these and two covers for free the last time around and we love them.  Will never go back to drying our hand with towels that are soggy with other people's germ.
