Is there any benefit of purchasing Amex travel medical coverage if I have the platinum card.
And what is the diff in coverages?

Is travel insurance for Amex plat only for account holder? My relative just got denied for a claim for lost baggage because he isn't the account holder, even though the ticket was purchased with the card. I don't remember seeing this restriction in the T&Cs.
