Keep in mind the "some vehicles may have additional fees"  is misleading. You will almost certainly have additional fees.

my lexus was totally free with no extra charges. Best is to call your local auto tech, give your make + model and find out in advance. This is a smoking deal and will not last long.

Ok,  I just recall from when I got mine installed a few years ago they told me something like any car built after 2000 (or so) requires additional part which costs over 100 with installation.
