How to make your knitted kippa round again

Okay, I bought a new knitted kippa that was round enough to fit on my head nicely.  Several months later the kippa is now totally flat.  How do I get the kippa back to the original round shape and keep this shape?

No personal experience.
I would think washing it and having it dry on a wig head or other object (your head?) that is the right shape.

Make it very wet and leave it overnight over the bottom of a bowl.

Might as well add soap, and rinse before leaving it over the bowl.  ;)
