Something very wrong... You really don't?  ??? There are parts that I get confused, but to say I don't know it as a blanket statement is far-fetched. Maybe there's something wrong with me?  :-\

Test people that daven by heart and see how many of them are accurate.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

I will admit that I find myself rarely looking in while davening. Interestingly though, I always find my siddur open to that correct page (when my eyes happen to wander in that direction). I have no clue how. I don't think I ever "caught" myself turning.  :o

Am I alone on this?

Haha! Was waiting for someone to say that. I actually keep him in my pocket so I have his services handy regardless of where I daven.

I got to know a blind person (I'm pretty sure he became blind at an older age), who would Daven the whole Davening out loud. Eventually it made me think, if I ever go blind I won't be able to Daven, so for the past bunch of years (probably around 10 years), I've been Davening out loud and by heart (with a Siddur always next to me "just in case"), at this point I can pretty much Daven all general Teffilos by heart.

I don't have a problem memorizing the prayers.
The problem is either I get mixed up from hearing other people pray or I get distracted and never know where I'm up to.
