travel with a baby
« on: November 02, 2017, 09:57:45 AM »
My daughter will be traveling weekly from NY to Chicago for medical treatments for her 8 year old. Her 2 month old will be coming with her in a paid seat. What car seat will be allowed on the plane? She currently has a Nuna Pippa but I would by her a Doona if domestic flights will allow it.

Most carseats are OK, just look at the label on it.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have never had an issue with a Doona on Delta, AA or United.

+1

Get the Doona, totally worth it for the convenience factor.

Add Southwest to that too. Not only no issue, the reaction you get from people who haven't seen the Doona is always fun.

The Doona is heavier than the Nuna, but you can push it all the way up to the seats, making it better than Nuna IMHO.

Refuah Shleima, and may your future travels only be for good.
