I find the shower pretty useless... unless I am on a tight schedule and didn't have a chance to shower before the flight... have flown EK F many times and not bothered to shower.

I find the spacious bathroom to be far more valuable.

I usually shower before leaving to the airport and try to avoid getting worked up by running or carrying bags etc so no need for a shower again...

I can hear it being in the Lamborghini category. Much more of those in Abu Dhabi for the same reason they have a shower on their planes. Flying private is no comparison.
