i am looking to install security cameras for my house. i was wondering if anybody has experience with this, what should i be looking for in terms of specs etc.? where can i find a good deal? (most of the deals i see are for indoor cameras)

New model blink cameras are on sale at Amazon they are pretty good, motion detection, easy shutoff for shabbos, 2yr battery life, about $70 a camera. Wyze is cheaper with a weatherproof case is about 45 a camera but needs ac power.

can the blink cameras be recharged after 2 yrs?

They take regular AAA (or maybe AA?) batteries

Batteries (normal AA batteries) can be changed, not recharged.

How do blinq and wyze compare?
Any advantage over each other (besides the wire)?
