Hmmm, their help pages give a 'page not found' error, I didn't sign up so I can only imagine how this works.

I will tell you what made me the most confusing, I tried to list there airline miles, when asking the price I want, I put in 1.6. but before confirming they noted that the price for my selling will be $1 for 200,000 miles!!! I went back and saw that my price for 1.6 disappeared, and they didn't give an additional option to fill in a price.
So I tried calling, but that number is not in service, so it definitely sounds suspicious to me.
