The options are in the wiki. It all depends where you plan on being for those 13 hours.

It's not a restaurant. Pickup or delivery (for big orders?) only.
IINM you need to order in advance and they're not necessarily open every day, though I imagine if your just getting a couple of rolls the advance order shouldn't be an issue if they're open.
I know they do "pop-ups" at Oakland kosher, though I'm not sure how often.

Anyone plan a trip to SF? Looking to do a trip on the west coast. Would like to at least see SF and then head down to LA. Looking for good recommendation for hotel (spg, hyatt, marriott or good deals anywhere else) and different sites to see. Any recommendations welcome. TIA.

Between this thread and the LAX thread, all the top attractions were probably covered. Do not miss Alcatraz, buy tickets in advance. SFO is a nice city, golden gate bridge, Lombard street, fisherman's wharf, pier 39 and more come to mind.

Really? Been to SFO many times, and that is one place that stands out. Thought the tour is so well done, you can go at your own pace, very informative and so interesting. Plus a nice ferry ride, and you have great views of the city from the island.

Has anyone stayed at any Hyatt property in SF and received a kosher breakfast?

I don't know about you, but a meal at 1PM is lunch for most people.

Believe it or not I've never done the Alcatraz tour  :-[
The one time I tried I couldn't get tickets...

If you just want the views/ferry ride consider taking the ferry to Sausalito instead. (I think a lot of people bike over the Golden Gate Bridge then take the ferry back.)

That is just the plus i.e. the cherry on top, the tour itself is really worth going to, very interesting, and yes you do have to get in advance, we did a week before.
