Upgrade on continental with Skymiles?
« on: March 01, 2009, 06:01:48 PM »
I am trying to find out if I can be upgraded on a Continental flight using skymiles. According to the Delta website it seems that this should be possible by calling up skymiles but so far the Skymiles # listed on the site (800-323-2323) but i keep getting a busy signal. when I called the regular reservations number they say it is only for Delta upgrades. I told them that online it says it is even for skyteam airlines and they transferred me to online helpline where i got disconnected.

Does anyone have any experience with trying to do this?

Its going to cost you approx 30,000 miles each way PLUS a co-pay of up to $500 each way

just curious, what airline are you flying from TLV to BRU?

it is operated under El Al. Officially under Brussel Air (or something like that).
