He left me a message back saying that he's fairly new and not familiar with a kosher breakfast, but is looking forward to try to accommodate me. He then asked what I'm looking for, hot breakfast, continental..
I'm gonna email him back. What am I asking him for? Is it a $$ amount voucher, do they do the ordering? Last thing I want is for him to think he's cooking me up a "kosher" breakfast! After all he did say he's new to this job and kosher in general ;-)
