Have a night booked at the hyatt cle from a diamond account. I left a message on the food managers voice mail. He left me a message back saying that he's fairly new and not familiar with a kosher breakfast, but is looking forward to try to accommodate me. He then asked what I'm looking for, hot breakfast, continental..
I'm gonna email him back. What am I asking him for? Is it a $$ amount voucher, do they do the ordering? Last thing I want is for him to think he's cooking me up a "kosher" breakfast! After all he did say he's new to this job and kosher in general ;-)
What to most hotels that offer kosher breakfast do?

Tell him in addition to a sandwich from a local kosher eaterie. He should sit down with you for a half hour to learn more.

I asked for a bagel with cream cheese, fruit, and a pastry.
Contempo catered it and we ate in the restaurant.

There's an awesome spa there and Hyatt guests get 25% off. Plus they take spafinder certs which I got from Costco for 22%+12% off.

By "Restaurant"do you mean hotel restaurant, or contempo restaurant?
Did you tell them about contempo or did the hotel do they're own research?

anyone get kosher breakfast recently in Hyatt Huntington beach? I spoke to the food and beverage manager and she got back to me saying tht as a diamond all i get is club access but they can order kosher for a FEE!

I think in the first page of this thread someone said they don't give on 5th only on Wallstreet.

I got Kosher breakfast at the Andaz 5th Ave as a Diamond
