I would be interested in this as well. Is there any way for me to transfer my UR or Hyatt pts to someone else? Would like to book a night soon at the Andaz (or maybe a different NYC hotel) but I don't have status.

We got
" From Levana: a continental breakfast....bagel w/ smoked salmon and non dairy creamy cheese (with tomato and onion on the side, breakfast pastries ( muffin and rugalah) and fresh fruit plate."

Was about 2 years ago though...

I don't think Levana is till in business in Manhattan, I think they only do catering these days

Asked for a kosher diamond breakfast at scottsdale hyatt in arizona. was told they would have to charge me $50 because when they order out the breakfast they cannot consider it part of the diamond benefit

could be...havent been back there in a while.
Perhaps they would still "cater" a breakfast meal

They're excellent with suite upgrades (I'm 2-2)
Plus there's the 1,000 point diamond amenity and free wifi.

And you can see what fruit there is at breakfast and ask for fresh fruit as well.

Wondering the about the breakfast for Hyatt Regency Maui and GHK. I remember reading somewhere HRM can get kosher airplane meals? Would this qualify for free breakfast if I book my room thru a friends Diamond account?

never stayed there, but i'm from the area. No kosher resturants around so you probably won't get.
You might get hotel to give you fruit and cold cereal and milk

You are correct, as a Diamond member we are pleased to extend to you a complimentary breakfast prepared in our hotel kitchen and served daily in The Dining Room. However to accommodate you with a kosher breakfast we would need to purchase this for you at a separate cost to the hotel which we would be required to on charge to your account. We have asked a local Kosher company to give us a quotation which I have listed below.

· CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - Tea and coffee - with dry cereal, pastry, muffin or fruit bread, jam and butter, yoghurt and muesli,

· Cost - $41.80 per person, per day plus delivery $49.00, a total cost of $216.20

Maybe I should move to Australia and open a catering biz...

In all seriousness I would email back the hotel and tell then that they need to learn a bit about kosher food because that is seriously over priced and they should be negotiating/finding a better caterer
