PLEASE DELETE THIS

If you read my TR, I spent quite some time with the Chabad Rabbi of Maui confirming that these food options are NOT from Oahu Kosher, but rather from a reform temple in Maui. If you contact the GHK Head Chef, he will tell you they are not Glatt Kosher. (More likely, not Kosher at all...)

I would say the craziest thing about all this is that I read it as Kauai and knew 100% that you were talking about GHK. Sorry about that, working at this hour must be getting to me.  ::)  Forgive me. :D

Yes. (Although local means from Oahu.) That food is not free for Diamonds btw except for a bagel for breakfast.

The bagels & lox are considered the free breakfast or is simply provided as good for the club room? The kosher food on thier menu is frozen (I can't imagine they get fresh food daily) I'm sure it's covered in detail somewhere else on the forum..

Has anyone received free kosher breakfast at the Hyatt Regency Dallas (Reunion Tower not DFW)?

Lox is part of the regular breakfast. Bagels are frozen, so you need to tell them ahead of time so they know to defrost them. The bagels are what the "Kosher Diamond breakfast" is.

The lox will already be on a platter by the time you get to the Club. People have reported that they spoke to the staff and have had a fresh package brought out for them (and it has a Hechsher). We didn't think bothering them just for some lox was worth making them opening a new package, so we just had bagels with cream cheese/butter.

Have diamond status and want to book a friend on a paid stay using a confirmed suite upgrade at the Hyatt jersey city, will he have any issues checking in?
Any chance in a kosher breakfast?

Didn't have any problems at that location when booking for a friend.

Park Hyatt Toronto - is it possible/likely to get kosher breakfast as a diamond? They're giving a hard time. Wondering what others experience was.
I remember when a coke was a nickel, and you could buy VRs in OD.

That's a great question I'm having the same issue! I saw one user say that they told him they would get next time.
I wonder if anyone else ever got that promise?

I am looking to go to the Hyatt Kauai and they are charging 25k miles (I have UR that are worth more) or 400 a night. I do not have a account with them. I was wondering if anyone has one of the following that would make it cheaper for me: Hyatt points to sell, Free nights, a diamond status account with DSU, or some other way to book that would make it cheaper for me. I am going to Hawaii from June 16th- 23rd and wanted to stay there at least the first 3 nights. Another option would be one of the other hotels on the island that someone might have a deal for.

Thanks,

A guy that hasn't been away with his wife on vacation in forever!

Does anyone have experience at an all-inclusive (Ziva/Zilara) getting upgraded to a suite with or w/o DSU?

On their website it says "Plus, Platinum and Diamond members will enjoy most of the rewards2  that come with elite status"
http://hyatthotels.hyatt.com/content/partnerlandingpage/en/goldpassport/zilara-ziva-benefits.html

I'm looking specifically at the Ziva in Cancun for the end of August.
TIA
Just found it, sorry! :-[
