I've done it a few times, as recently as this week. The trick is to add all of your passengers to Profile -> My personal details -> My companions first before booking the tickets.

Can you actually search for 2 people?

Yes. Just make sure you are logged in first, then use the link Dan shared in his TK articles to do a Star Alliance Award search:

I still get this error when trying to search for 2 people, this is after adding a member to my profile

My 17 year old son just had a nightmare trip coming back from israel with Turkish airlines.
to make a long story short, his original flight from tlv to ist got diverted to izmir which caused him to miss his original ist-mia flight & the one the airline automatically rebooked him on.
when i finally got someone from the airline on the phone to get him rebooked on the next available flight which was 24 hours after his original one was scheduled, i was told that since the flight he was rebooked on was midair i would have to pay for a new ticket. as you can imagine, i was quite drained by then both emotionally & physically since i was up for over 24 hours in order to be available for my son & of course being in touch with the airline.
not wanting him to get stuck there over Shabbos, i just paid for that ticket which was over $3,500.00.
anyone have a similar experience like this in the past? it's a lot of money spent for something that the airline should have done free of charge & i would love to get my money back.
the one mistake i made, don't stone me. i purchased his original flight using a visa gift card, the second (3,500.00) ticket went on my ventureX.

any advice or contact info to help me out would be greatly appreciated TIA

DW’s flight this past Monday was JAX-JFK (B6)-IST-TLV (TK). Flight to JFK was cancelled due to Monday’s chaos. TK CS wouldn’t rebook anything, claiming I should call Expedia. Expedia reps couldn’t find get her any TK flight from the US for Tuesday (even after I provided them with flight #s). Since she was going in for a wedding tonight, I had no time for HUCAs, so I ended up booking LH MCO (2 hour drive)-FRA-TLV for Monday night, and cancelled the TK ticket.
I definitely should have booked 1 or 2 backups on Friday, which I would be able to cancel till the flight. Lessons learned.
Wish they had a better CS. It looks like TK invest all their money in branding, but very little in service.
B6 had to take care to rebook you, not TK.

Are you sure? Even if it’s a TK ticket number?

yes!!
in the airport (actually within 48 hours) the operating carrier needs to take care, regardless of the ticket.
when there is a schedule change in advance, the ticketing airline needs to take care.

Wow, never knew that.
B6 automatically rebooked her for the following morning, but the TK flights remained on the original day.
I don’t think the agents in a regional airport would know how to rebook an international multi-carrier ticket.

I have tried contacting their customer service and they will only sell seats. They also only consider a minor someone who is under 12.
They will not transfer to a supervisor.

I filed a DOT complaint and it was sent to the office at JFK but all they did was acknowledge receipt of the complaint. They have not done anything else.

Anyone else with ideas?

This is just for yesterday or you're referring to a route planning

Booked TK award J for 2. Wanted to add our daughter at the same 47K. Call center was having issues ticketing additional ticket, eventhough 4 seats were available in J at price.
NOW, the promo J rate is not available. Online & Call Center UNABLE to cancel tickets. Call center claims I have to contact US offices, gave me NY office email. NY office claims call center....
Anyone have any luck redepositing an award ticket? Any suggestions?

Unable. Think I would've needed to call, if I can cancel online?
