I've called 6 times, each time errors for Reps on their 800#. Finally received a call from IAD sales (based in Turkey) whom sent me forms to fill out. Hopefully this will work!

Add passengers to the same reservation or new reservations? My issue is some of my additional passengers are kids and cannot book a seperate ticket on their own.

A quick tip
I found that calling in, selecting You are a member. Entering your frequent flyer number gets you reps that are more capable

I paid for a seat and selected a window.
Wanted to change it to a aisle seat.

Rrp I just spoke to claimed I will have to pay again and forfeit my original payment.

I booked an economy seat from the US to Canada on Air Canada for 10k TK miles. TK says I have to pay $29.80 for "taxes". There is no YQ on transborder routes, so there should be no tax payable either. The only fee should be the $5.60 TSA Security fee which is what United and Air Canada are charging for the same flight. Turkish doesn't respond to emails and their twitter Help Desk is useless. Does anyone know how to contact someone in the US by phone or the email format ?

Turkish issued a ticket for the Air Canada flight in "X class" and deducted the miles from my account. However, the booking would not pull up on Air Canada's website. Air Canada says Turkish started the booking but it did not actually book the flight whatever that means. Now Air Canada has changed the flight from mainline to AC Rouge and there is no longer any reward availability. Does Turkish have to find me a seat on that flight given that I paid for the ticket?

For those who stop over in IST, the IGA lounge has kosher sandwiches. You have to ask the chef and they will bring it from the back.

Is there any way to book a mixed cabin star alliance ticket? Any specific phone number to call? The service center is useless.

can i make up a DOB for my kids and age them to be 18 y/o when booking a United Airlines flight using Turkish Miles & Smiles points?
I Want to make sure that we won’t have any issues when actually boarding the United flight as they’re minors but ticketed as adults.
Am doing this, as it helps to book them one at a time.
