booked a ticket via AC to Turkish airlines flight, called Turkish to get my booking info, they said I had to call AC for that... called AC and they just gave me their confirmation and ticket number and bounced me back to turkish..any thoughts? UPDATED- called turkish again and they were able to locate using my name and DOB etc.. they were able to get me kosher food and assign seats- but per their policy of having an infant on lap, they said I can only get a seat with a window.. what is people's experience with this?

Searching for flights, nothing comes up if I search as a one way flight only if I search roundtrip. What am I doing wrong?

Anyone successfully book a TAP Portugal flight with Miles & Smiles (TLV-JFK)? They do not show availability, but it does exist with other Star Alliance providers (United & Aegean)

The issue is that TLV-LIS-JFK is available when searched that way, but when searching for individual segments (i.e. TLV-LIS or LIS-JFK) it doesn't show available.

Having the same issue with LifeMiles

agent quoted 67,500 miles and smiles and some $200 taxes
this is solid
so i wanted to confirm and requested pnr
when i received it, it shows booking class is I which is business class but when i go to manage booking on turkish website, it says economy. anyone know if this is J or Y ?

Is this with Swiss Air? Just log into the Swiss Air site -- you should manage it there anyway

its not showing up on swiss
its just held by TK not ticketed
i dont have swiss pnr

Looks like Turkish stinks across the board. Found a Lufthansa flight with availability on the Lifemiles website (i.e. each segment was available) - they say doesn't exist

They did this without any disclosures? Also, they wont allow award cancellations within 24 hours for free. Isnt that a DOT rule?

Much cheaper, if your travelling to Israel.
