TK flights booked using AC points, can't manage reservation on TurkishAirlines.com.

However, on the app one is able to manage the reservation (select seats and meals) though it is rather cumbersome (especially with multiple passengers) as it requires the ticket number in addition to the record locator.

Seems like its a systemic thing. Had multi-passenger booking made through the call center today and its impossible to pick seats.

Much cheaper, if your travelling to Israel.

Israeli Sales office says they cannot cancel or book award reservations. So this seems to be a bust.

What is the shortest time needed to connect in IST if flying AYT - IST - JFK? I see Turkish Air has some flights with only an hour, isn't that too risky for such a large airport?

Anyone have any experience booking a mixed class award ticket all on TK metal?

Tried booking a United award for someone else over the phone. Rep surprisingly found the availability and managed to get through to the payment step but then said she can process payments for awards. She gave me a confirmation number and said I need to go to a sales office in the next 2 days. Is that true or is there a workaround?

online there's availability for 47k (I cant book it as its for a different name)

multiple HUCA's later the agents are still insisting its 120k, & I made the mistake of transferring before confirming 47k with the agents

What number are you calling? Are you entering the FFN? I havent had any such issues. I called 800 874 8875 entered FFN and chose option 4.

Take a screenshot of the online and submit it as feedback. When you get a feedback number call them and give them that number they will transfer you to customer relations center that are very knowledgeable.

Too late, was the day of flight, I didn't have the time to go through all those loops & yes it was that number +FFN+4

They kept on insisting that online & call center availability can have different pricing

If anybody is going on an international Turkish Airlines flight. I mistakenly took a blanket that they give out on the plane. I'd like to return it.

I can mail it to your address in the US and once your on the plane you can use it (it's still sealed) and just leave it on the seat after the flight.

Besides for being situated as far as possible from the TK Business lounge, this machine was a total disappointment. Took many many tries to manage to get it to dispense. The bread they use for the sandwiches is probably the worst I've ever tasted. Seems like they haven't heard of high gluten flour, and also lacking salt in the recipe. I got a vegetable sandwich and a cheese sandwich. Both were as bland as it gets (they should at least include some salt packs). The cheese sandwich was a huge thick (maybe 1/4 inch) slice of cheese that was totally bland.

IGA lounge was out of KSML both at 2am and at 4pm.

It's a nice try, but fails on execution IMHO. I also think TK KSML aren't as good as they used to be. I would rank it 4 or 5 on the Stogel-Hermolis KSML scale (used to be 9).

Any improvement on the kosher vending machine in IST? does this machine accept an American Credit Card?

Booked on turkish last year to TLV using this promo for 60K, hoping that there would be a schedule change but the flight is coming up and no changes. The return is not a doable flight for me, anyway to get United to change it to something normal TLV-NYC?
