tk rep tells me i have more experience then him booking ua metal with tk miles 


i had to prompt him along. it was his first time.

so i cancelled an star alliance/united airlines booking where i used my miles & smiles points.

instead of having my points re-deposited into my account, they gave me an approval code to use when paying for a new ticket (in person or ovber phone).

i've tried to use them with no success. any one have ideas ? the reps keep telling they get an erroe when using the code.
