Can anybody offer any assistance on this?

Trying to book a united economy X class using Miles & Smiles From OGG-EWR via ORD.
I see availability on United but it is not on miles& smiles.
It is routing OGG-ORD-IST-EWR   ridiculous!!

The agents I have called and tried several times are unable to find the availability.
Please help.
Any wise words to get past these agents or specific instructions to give them to find the flights?

Forget this one.  Booked another one way. It's ticketed on Turkish and it generated a United conf code.
I see it in my MileagePlus but can't open it.  It says the six digit conf code is wrong or the name is wrong. United thinks the traveler info doesn't match their records.  But I can't open to see what it has. 
Who to call?

Turkish will have its own code.

I flew TK for the first time two weeks ago:
JFK-IST-TLV in Y
Very impressed.
Customer service was great and the food was good.

I noticed that TK offers free city tours with layovers greater than 6hrs. Has anyone tried this before?

Next time fly in J. Ik some if not most people will think I'm crazy, but I'd rather fly Turkish with a Stopover in IST than ElAl direct. I love IST and the business lounge.

I've heard great things about J. I just can't afford it.
I'm curious about the free tour.
I paid a guide during my layover to show me around. I only had an hour or so so I can't really judge but I wasn't impressed with the city. I would like to see the Grand Bazaar next time.

Any other ideas of a short 1-2 hour safe tour of historic areas? Should I expect problems getting a visa or reentering the airport, COVID related or otherwise?

First, a visa costs $30.
The city is 50-60 minutes away from the airport. It costs about 230 lira each way. So make sure you factor that in.

My tour guide knew about the history but I wasn't happy with him because of:
1) Personality
2) I like my tour guides to show me around the local spots. They should know the vendors. When I asked for fruit he wanted to take me to a convenience store to buy something.
His fee was $30 for two hours.

For the "suite" IIRC it needs to be a longer layover (showers you can still use anytime )
