There are consistently tons of Turkish award seats if you book in advance. They are one of the only ways for me to book 4-5 J seats to Israel and I can use ANA points with reasonable fees. Other airlines have lower fees but usually a max of one or two seats so I’m happy to pay $300 pp and only 52k points each way). I got 4 seats for this Sukkot and they always have around all the Chagim.

once u submitted an online feedback u can call back customer service and give them the feedback number and they will transfer u to customer relations and u could try to convince them to mark your case as urgent for a faster response.

can I transfer my citi points to my friends turkish account or will the transfer get rejected? becuase turkish requires the first ticket you make on a new turkish account to be issued under the account holders name and my account is new and I am not flying my friend is.

Citi won't allow you transfer points to a Turkish Account with a different name. How about transfering your Citi points to an existing Turkish Airline flyer who can book the flight.

Turkish will allow you to book for someone else, even your first time using miles. Maybe it won't work online. Just call them.
You can make a reservation before transferring the miles. They will say that they can hold it for a few hours, but it definitely will be held at least a day (used to be 3 days, and might still be, just didn't try). Citi points take a day and half to transfer to Turkish

Trying to book pit-ewr-tlv in J. Phone rep found award space ewr-tlv, but only economy space pit-ewr. He's insisting that I can't book economy and business on the same itin and that I'll need to pay an extra 7.5k + $5.60 to book pit-ewr separately.

Anyone else ever experience this? Think huca can fix?

For now, I have both itins on hold under separate pnr's
