Delta Second baggage

Hi,

I'm about to fly JFK-TLV in a week with Delta (economy). I need to check in 2 baggages. What's the best (cheapest) option for the 2nd baggage fee ($100)? Is there a way to use skymiles for that?

I have the following CC if any help:
Chase Sapphire Reserve, Freedom Unlimited, Freedom & Amex SPG Private and Business.

If you pay with your Sapphire Reserve, you'll be reimbursed out of the $300 travel expense allowance.
