Any way to change where airline miles were credited

I credited a flight to Mileage Plus but now I want to instead credit to Aeroplan. Any way to change after the fact?

Shucks. Wouldv'e gotten to Elite 35K this year (3*70 lb. bags). Flight in June which I credited to UA, not realizing I would start flying frequently. 5500 miles short

maybe try emailing/writing formal letter to both programs and have the senior folks look at it... doesnt hurt to try next level stuff sometimes.

+1, had this with AA a few years ago, and was told i needed to send a written letter.

Didn't end up doing though.

prob better to look for a corporate address or something. your max exposure will be the 2 stamps which youve probably gotten for cheap on previous DD site

Regular customer service turned me down. I also previously wrote to a couple of the email addresses listed here with no response http://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/air-canada/
I guess I should write a paper letter...
