I actually do help business decide which cards to get and tell them which cards to charge and when it can really rack up, started doing it for free for friends and family but I'm at the point of getting people I never heard of calling me about it so I have a similar question as you
I'm thinking of charging a percentage of what they stand to gain had they not used my advice

I deal more with the right card for the actual spending (catagories etc.) In my opinion hard pulls (if getting approved) are highly overrated and not such a big deal especially for people not churning

INQ's are only a big deal for people with bad profiles.  And even then the INQ's aren't a big deal it's the bad profile that is a big deal.

no , regular, and I understand that a credit card needs a inquiry , however I just need the expert with the right advise to tell me that based on your credit factors you should only apply to this and this card and not to this card ,

was additional user on other credit cards for couple of years ,  only opened my own credit cards around 9 month ago, then went off from the additional user cards as they had high utilization, my credit is around 720 , now am looking to apply at banks which have no problem with 8 month personal credit, also have 7 hard inquiries only by equifax,
