Unfortunately, I don't think two tension bars end to end will work.  The ends will buckle with the weight of the shower curtain.  Remember, the slightest extra pull or weight on the curtain (including a hanging piece of clothing or even water weight) will pull the rods down from their position on the wall, curtain and all.
I was thinking of that but hoping if I put something very strong between the two it would form like one or act like one.

Eh, with a solid tension rod, it should hold, at least for now

with etech0 idea no need to do that with even a better solution.
Missed that post! With that idea, not only do you save on the extra curtain, you also distribute the weight a bit, helping with the issue @srap mentioned.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Maybe a six inch or so piece of a pvc pipe slid over the joining ends.  You'd probably have to take off the end pieces that go on the wall in order to get a tight fit before you slide over the end pieces that join to one another.

There you go!  A Lego pvc shower stall.  One shower curtain, no drilling, no falling tension rods.

After measuring the width of the bathroom it was at the longest point 200 cm long and that's the longest tension stick they sold in the hardware store which fits exactly as you can see in the pictures, only one slight problem went to the hardware store and bought a shower curtain to 240 by 180 which is way too short need something more like 210/215/220/280.... any length would be perfect I can always cut it to size.
Didn't think that would be my problem that I wouldn't be able to find a shower curtain. ;D
And in the white bathroom it measure at Max 170-180 cm which fits perfect.

If you pay close attention you'll see a tape measurer in the corner which is how high the curtain reaches at 180cm, a tad too short.

If you can't get an elongated curtain, and you don't want to sew, you can either use a regular curtain and have your feet show or use ribbon between one set of rings on the poles and (one set of rings on) the curtain holes to drop the curtain to floor level.

+1, or maybe even zip ties
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Better idea than sewing.

I also had at home the problem of the curtain not being long enough. My wife used matching color ribbon. It added a nice touch to the look of the bathroom.

ETA: Oh, and I should mention that the rod we have 3-sided, like a ches; both ends come out of the same wall.

Sure does, just don't know why I couldn't find anything longer than 180  centimeters, would have loved to put up the curtain without the zip ties, but this works perfect while it's only temporary until I get the real shower doors put up.

yeah didn't want to play around too much but I'm sure that looks nicer as it matches, don't really understand what you mean in the ETA? ( what exactly is a ches ?)

Something like this. Though it's probably irrelevant to you as you wouldn't want to drill into the wall for something temporary.

Lol, well deserved like.
Going to have a real shower door put up but in the meantime this was the best thing to do, that way I didn't have to drill into the ceiling which was my only other option ,worked out great B"h.
