Dont know all of them but The ones I know (at least 10 of them) all have their masters degree.

Btw, if Peg wasnt also a common word or they used a name like Meg, I think more people would figure it out.
Did these adults read a book that day that focused heavily on monosyllabic words, and that had Peg as a primary character?
Although that's clearly the answer. The reason why I think most people won't assume that is because you would assume they are learning spelling words and proper nouns are never spelling words
