Small Android Phone under $150

Looking for an Android phone for my wife. Most important feature is it should be small. She currently has a Galaxy S4 Mini. I'm looking for something in this size range but newer model.

Needs to be unlocked/GSM.

Moto E
Samsung J3  are the first that come to mind.   Honestly you will get more bang for your buck if she's willing to go with a larger phone. Like the Honor 6x for ex.
