Not looking for shopping just sightseeing (no churches) Parliament etc.
Parliament is open on Sundays except on national holidays. If you go around Pesach time they will be closed on Easter Sunday and Monday.

How many hours is needed for parliament with the lines? Do you know if they allow pictures?

You have to book your visit online: https://www.jegymester.hu/eng/Production/480000/Parliament-visit

1.5 hrs should be enough. yes, but not of the crown jewels.

Any other similar options? I also don't like the idea Tel Aviv Café does not take credit cards.

I agree that not being able to pay with credit cards is annoying. As far as I know there is no other non-fleishing place. There is also the kosher supermarket, but no pizza there. or Fröhlich for cakes and pastry, they are great, but kiss goodbye to your diet there.

Parliament if your into architecture, castle if your into hiking and art.
I'd go to the parliament if I wasn't into any of the above.

I think they don't, you need cash and I don't want to spook you but diving around in the city is a real pain. The best is to put your car in a parking lot and walk around and use public transportation (at least in the center).

Yeah was thinking of doing that although hotel parking is not cheap, might use uber getting around if they are good there.

Go with Uber. It's cheap and you won't have to worry about parking. Lots of the main attractions are walking distance. Only take a rental car if your leaving leaving the city.

Depends what your into. Try tripadvisor for advice. Some of the city highlights include the palace, parliament and a river cruise.
