Depends what your into. Try tripadvisor for advice. Some of the city highlights include the palace, parliament and a river cruise.
I was looking into parliament (not sure if I should go inside or just explore outside), anybody knows of a good river cruise company?

You don't have a lot of choices. For meat or fish go to Hanna's, for dairy go to Tel Aviv cafe.

I went there when they were still Cari Mama. Pizza and salads were good, but nothing special, except for being the only dairy place with a hechsher in the country. It's not a foodie's paradise.
I prefer Hana, the food is good and the place is historic. If you have a sweet tooth and want to eat something unique, try Flodni at Frohlich's Bakery, that's something everyone is raving about.

Does anyone know who are the good Hechshers in Budapest, and what Hechsher Tel Aviv Cafe has, tried calling the number on the website seems like it's not a working number

AFAIK the only hechsherim are the Kehilla that covers Hanna and Rabbi Oberlaners hashgacha which are both very reliable.

Anyone gonna be in BUD the week of כ"א אדר שני?

I'm going to be in Budapest for a whole day, and a week later for another day. Is any other attractions in the area, besides the parliament and the palace?

I meant using your debit card to withdraw from an ATM the same way you do so at home. You are correct a credit card would be expensive.
I have seen forex exchange places at the airport and the city center but I have never used them.
