Notes:
Avoid Euronet ATMs at tourist sites. Use bank ATMs. Always decline the "exchange guarantee" the ATM operator is offering you, choose local currency, your own bank will have a better exchange rate than what the ATM is offering you. The ATM "exchange guarantee" is a scam and hidden fee that should be avoided.

He speaks Hungarian and German/Yiddish. Knows all the places. Is a bit on the expensive side, but worth every penny if you need access and need to know of out of the way places. I found my great great grandfather's kever in Slovakia only because of his help. He is very busy in the summer and other high seasons, but has access to different types of vehicles. If you can get him as a driver he is great. My wife and I have used him since 2002. Just make sure you discuss the price and itinerary before and know how long it will take to complete your itinerary. He has no qualms about charging you double the rate if you go over. Drawback is he does not speak english at all. He is Jewish, but not frum, if that matters.

Thanks so much - I'll reach out to him. So far I got a quote for €1.000 for a Merc Sprinter, let's see if he can beat.

There is a bus every 20 minutes from the airport into the city, it costs 900 ft. About 4 dollars, it operates almost 24 hours, between 12 am till 3:40 there is no service from the city, and about from 1 am to 5 am there is no service from the airport, the bus is almost direct, and when you get into the city almost everything is walking distance, the bus stops in the area of chabad about a 2 minute walk

We are going to budapest this week. I saw from your message that there are some kosher grocery. I'd like to know which product you can found there? And on which rabbinical are bread and milk ? Is there something you'd advise it will be better to take with us from Israel?

The bread and milk are under reliable hashgacha. No need to take from Israel.
