Avoid Euronet ATMs at tourist sites. The ATM "exchange guarantee" is a scam and hidden fee that should be avoided.

If you're going to another country you usually have to pay for the drivers time to go round trip. I mean that's only fair. One way rentals are very expensive especially if its another country.

As long as the guy that has the key is willing to open it. You must call him in advance.

He won't let you in without. I'm not sure about the busy season like this week and how much per capita.

Was Seasonal ended in October. And I believe they're out of that market entirely to the US.

Yes, flew last year for the summer season, and announced it's not returning this summer

New "kosher" hotel opened many years after the last one closed. Silver Crown hotel - Szentkirályi street.
It also has a new kosher restaurant with Rabbi Oberlander's hechsher

Castle over Parliament any day

Plenty nicer hotels but Kempinski IMHO is excellent. Stayed there tens of times over the last 20 years.

Best to make reservations at all restaurants just in case.

Plenty to do in 24 hours depending on what you're looking to do.

it's a long story.

The "Status Quo Ante" (Chabad) doesn't want to keep the status quo after all.
