Avoid Euronet ATMs at tourist sites. You question Rabbi Oberlander? A Pupa talmid from Williamsburg and the Rebbes shaliach. Best of both worlds.
They both use the same shochet AFAIK.
Question? No not all, what I said was stop talking about community politics, if you want to eat check out if the ball machshir is reputable and that's it

Oh, sorry. Who cares about the politics. Food is very good in both places although I miss the restaurant in the Kings Hotel most.

Yup, they made the best schnitzel!
Good stuff
And my grandfather (who is Hungarian) just loved their gulash.
But the kings hotel I definitely don't miss.

I did that recently and had a driver. It was very convenient as he knew where everything was and i was able to just sit in the back and not worry after traveling there. I picked up a pamphlet with all the coordinates and will let you know as soon as i find it but if you want the drivers number pm me and ill be glad to send it.

Wrong. Hannas uses a himeshe Shocet from Beni Brak. You can meet him at the restaurant.

Mehadrin

which attractions are a must?

Castle/Fisherman's Bastion, Dohany shul (ask your LOR about going in), Kazinczi shul, Danube river tour, chain bridge

which 3 star hotel is recommended?

why 3 star? 5 star are very cheap off season Kempinski is my go to basic rooms (which are great) for $110 a night

Thats nice, just in a busy intersection. There is one near the Dohany shul i believe it is the continental hotel. Fairly new. Check upthread someone mentioned it.

I stayed at the Le Meridien a few years back. Came out to $85 a night and was beautiful. It's a few minute walk to the Shul. Don't know if it's still around.
