What would you like to know? Most hotels are helpful/accommodating. They have manual exterior doors IIRC but all rooms are key cards.

I haven’t stayed at the Udvar over Shabbos, but I have stayed there a few times. From my experience:
The front door is manual (not automatic), so no Shabbos issues there.
There are accessible stairs inside the hotel, and I don’t recall any motion-activated lights in the room.
It’s a nice walk to shul, and Chabad has a closer location as well worth checking on Google Maps.
it seemed pretty Shabbos friendly based on my stays.

Its a brand new hotel. Its as close if not closer  to the Jewish Quarter. Dont have any experience with shabbos friendly.

I was there last year, I would honestly recommend Abnb over hotels for shabbat,

Anyone?
What, exactly are you looking for? Been to Budapest more than 50 times and never stayed at this Hotel. There are a few high end hotels that would be more accommodating and may be "shabbos friendly" but by and large they will look at you funny if you ask for certain things at the other hotels and may or may not accomodate. If you want shabbos friendly an airbnb apartment is probably better.
