Good point. Heh ya didn't put much thought into it. Although even if it was purchased today as long as it was before you talked to them it might still work.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and they transferred me but kept me on hold for a while. I hung up.

I hope they call back or I can reach them.

I will ask them for alternative incentives. Possibly other Radissons.

I am still waiting for info on the points thing.

cant believe it anyhow I had the foresight this morning to ask for points as compensation got 10k planning on calling for more.

"ok what can you offer me as compensation for you mistake, I am a gold member and would hate to take my business elsewhere after a little mistake"
"we can give you 10k points is that ok?"
"can I get a few more than that?"
"no sorry"
"ok bye"

Nop. Anyone want to use my reservations? September 1st through the 13th or December 1st through the 13th. (Those 2 reservations are in increments of 3 nights of course.) I can add a name onto my reservation...

They called back to reinstate the reservations today. Can I use BA points to fly on AA without a fuel surchage? Who flys direct to CUN?
