getting to israel

i never did cc's or miles before. could someone explain. 1. how many miles do i need to get to israel for succos 2. how do i get them 3. which airline to use

thanks, so i apply for the sapphire(50000)+ continental(30000)= 80000 and i pay $3000 using the mint and paypal, then i'm good to go? or do i need anything more?

as long as you don't mind a stopver (or two) you shouldn't have a problem finding something if you start looking soon.
