I was there in the summer once like 10 or 11 years ago. We climbed a snow-capped mountain, the views were breathtaking.

I was in Wistler about 5 years ago in the summer.  We stayed at the Westin, which was very nice at the time.  It's right in the village, so its convenient to walk places from there.  If I recall correctly, its also near a chair lift where people (covered head-toe in body armor) bring their mountain bikes up the mountain to ride down.

I didn't spend that much time there, as we were only there from erev shabbos till sunday morning, but we did walk to the upper village shabbos afternoon and watched the zip-liners and bungee jumping (the ones where  you're in a harness and just jump really high).

On my trip to Whistler, we got some food before driving out from Vancouver, and also from the local markets where there are plenty of packaged products with a hechsher.

On the drive from Vancouver to Whistler, stop at Shannon Falls (nice, very high falls, just a few minute walk from parking area). That's just south of Stawamus Chief which has some intense hikes to beautiful views. On a nice day, you may want to rent a motorboat from Horseshoe Bay.

For those who have been to Whistler in the summer, would you be able to post some of the things you recommend?

I hope you have better weather than me. I wanted to go up to the information desk and say "I heard you have mountains here, can you point out to me where they are" but my wife said it would be a chillul Hashem. Peak 2 peak gondola is apparently a must (hopefully we'll be back), the test are outdoors activities. Zipline, ropes course, bungee, white water rafting, ATVing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking. All a matter of personal preference
We enjoyed white water rafting on the elaho-squamish river. Good rafting, unbelievable views

All these are out of the Village of Whistler or at the top of the mountians or do I have to drive away from there?

Who did you use as outfitters, or do I not have options

the companies are all based in whistler. They'll drive you the ten minutes wherever you need to go (besides for rafting which is further)

There are three options, I used Canadian outback. This is the most intense rafting they do. It was good, not great (7.5/10).
We did it on the way up to whistler as it's half way between Vancouver and whistler (from squamish). it's still about an hour bus ride from there and them around 2.5-3 hours on the river. This was the only company that didn't stop for lunch

We stayed at the first tracks lodge in whistler. While it may not come with the amenities of a big chain hotel it was great. All the rooms are suites with full kitchens, big living room and bathroom.
Really well appointed

Is there anything infant (15 months) friendly to do in whistler? Can you take a stroller up the gondola and just walk around up top on some nice walking trails? Anything in the village thats a must see and infant friendly?
Thanks

You could take the gondola up Whistler MT (blackcomb has a chair lift up) and there are deffinatly wide gravel walks around, I think you might even able to walk all the way down
