Kosher milk in Istanbul?

I will be in the turkish business lounge and wanted to know about using the milk. I drink chalav stam.

For starters: how "first world" is their government?
Is it a 3rd world corruption where a bit of bakshish will take care of all meaningful inspection and enforcement?

For starters: how "first world" is their government?
Is it a 3rd world corruption where a bit of bakshish will take care of all meaningful inspection and enforcement?
Are there laws against mixing other milk for them to enforce?

Also keep in mind camel milk is prevalent in arab culture
best bet is to reach out to local Jewish community and see what brands if any they trust as being kosher

Or maybe the country has very lax fines for mixing milk, for example: the max fine is $250.
