For starters: how "first world" is their government?Is it a 3rd world corruption where a bit of bakshish will take care of all meaningful inspection and enforcement?
Or maybe the country has very lax fines for mixing milk, for example: the max fine is $250.
Also keep in mind camel milk is prevalent in arab culturebest bet is to reach out to local Jewish community and see what brands if any they trust as being kosher
