Good catch. It says 07 all over the T&C, I doubt it's a typo.

If I'm an American Express and Chase account holder, and they have my email, does that automatically put me in their system so I that receive offers sometimes through email?

Hypothetically yes. I'm sure it's more complex than that, but I don't have any more details.

Ok, because sometimes I see people on here getting the 75k and 100k bonus offers through email from Amex, and I was wondering if I had to sign myself up on a list somewhere to get those, or if it was just automatic since I'm an account holder.

They don't just send the same email to everyone in their database, that's for sure.
