B. It'll probably work, but it puts you at risk if you sell them later.

IIRC it's .01 per point (+ taxes?) to transfer. that means it'll cost at least 2cpp, there are cheaper ways to get US, namely the B1G1 they have a few times a year which comes out to less than 1.5 after taxes

I was doing bad math and somehow figured it effectively comes out to $0.005 per point, thanks for the correction.

There's some sort of tax ontop of the purchase/transfer. 25k will cost you 2.9 cpm each. Better off trying to find SPG to buy somewhere.
