I have seen strong recommendations for the Dell U2415. Is U2419 better?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Anyone know what the difference is between the Dell U2421HE and the U2419HC?

Different lines, and the U2421HE has a Ethernet port.
If I'm not mistaken you can daisy chain the U2421HE but the other one.
Besides that nothing is that different.

Doesn't the U prefix mean they are the same line? Dell describes the "E" in U2421HE as TCO EMEA Version. Any clue what that means?

U means they are ultrasharp.
I think they are home and business lines.
just realized another thing the he is from this year, but the hc is from 2018.

Tco emea is a certification of some sort, something to do with sustainability.

You can buy a dock that plugs into your laptop's USB port and allows you to plug in two HDMI monitors. I have a Dell one which also has a few USB ports, ethernet, and audio.
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

I have this but I bought it at $100
Dell USB 3.0 Ultra HD/4K Triple Display Docking Station (D3100), Black ($140.95)

There are probably cheaper options too but idk what's good.

i have the newer version of this and its amazing.
there are cheaper version but not with 2 hdmi ports, you might need a DP to hdmi cable for something like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BND2Y5R?
the one i posted doesnt work with 2 monitors well
though if your laptop has a HDMI port you can use that and this with one monitor in each

Another option would be a (cheaper) adapter for USB to HDMI, and plug the other monitor into the laptop's HDMI port.

An advantage to having both plugged into a dock (aside from the extra ports you get) is that when you want to unplug the laptop, it's less things to unplug (I keep my mouse/keyboard receiver in the dock also.)
