most miles for your money?

i want to buy a refundble ticket, that will give me the most flying miles.

any date is ok. any suggestions please.

I think i saw a chart mentioned here before, couldnt find it

Anyone know if Amex MR points can convert to AA Miles and if so what the conversion rate is?
